[問題] 蒔蘿飯...(薑黃飯 鬱金飯)
之前在怡客吃燒肉飯..
讓我印象深刻的不是他的燒肉而是他的飯...
囧..
他的飯不是白飯,
是帶有淡黃色,有一點點點咖哩的香味的飯...
我不喜歡吃咖哩,但是覺得他的飯挺不錯的...
在某次去吃的時候,我哥多點了一球飯...
我看發票上寫的是--蒔蘿飯..
之後就一直想要來做做看...
終於今天在中藥店買到了小茴香...有著一點檸檬香味..種子細長..
(網路上查的資料蒔蘿=小茴香)...
就先用開水泡好,然後拿水去煮飯..
但是煮出來的飯有點可怕...囧...
請問有沒有版友知道怡客的飯是怎麼煮的呢?
是我找錯材料..應該用茴香..還是...?
或是用錯部位..應該用乾燥葉片之類的呢?
