[問題] 火鍋的湯頭
我們家一直以來都是用白水煮火鍋= ="
火鍋的材料有:羊肉片、一堆菇類(很多種就是了)、豆腐、白菜
因為沒有很認真做過料理,所以湯頭真的難倒我們了
到剛剛為止討論的結果是,去買昆布,和柴魚一起煮......
爬文之後,我在想是不是要加點醬油之類的...提味?或是糖、米酒之類的?
可是又怕跟我的食材不合......orz"
對不起,我沒辦法看過食譜後舉一反三>"<
不知道大家是怎麼煮火鍋湯底的,可以給我一點建議嗎?
