[問題] 煮好的米飯要如何保存才不會變硬
為了方便,我通常是一次用電鍋煮兩或三杯米
沒吃完就放冰箱
不過在放進冰箱、等米涼之前
最上層的米就開始有點變硬了...
冰過之後還變得更硬,還有點透明那樣
雖然我通常會加點水再微波,吃起來還可以
但還是口感不一樣
有什麼辦法可以讓煮好的米保存個幾天還是維持軟軟的嗎?
