[問題] 該如何保存大量的韓國泡菜?
看手邊的白菜放很久了,昨天一口氣把他給做成韓國泡菜
但是最近要出遠門,短時間內肯定吃不完,我又不想吃過度入味的泡菜
是否應該把泡菜的汁另外放,然後菜葉跟蘿蔔用水沖過,放冰箱冷藏即可?
還是有其他儲藏的方法,可以讓泡菜還是保留脆脆的口感呢?
