[問題] 蛋糕捲的夾心餡 奶油製奶油霜 打發不順利
今天試著做巧克力蛋糕捲,
蛋糕的部分很ok,
但是.....當作夾心的的鮮奶油餡弄不出來.. 囧
我是依照下面的說明進行~
發泡奶油霜:
安佳無鹽奶油450克.糖粉180克打至乳白色加入20克蘭姆酒打至膨鬆即可..
一直無法打發. . . (雖然我有先讓奶油塊在室溫下稍微軟化些)
請問,有沒有可能是食譜寫錯了@@?
應該用液態的鮮奶油,
而不是塊狀的奶油??
