[心得] 涼拌大頭菜 (蕪菁)
材料:
大頭菜1顆,蒜頭3顆,香菜1小把(德國買很貴,所以我省略),紅辣椒3支
調味料:
a:鹽1匙
b:糖2匙、醬油3匙、烏醋2匙、香油1匙
做法:
1.將大頭菜去皮,切成薄片放入容器中,加入?略抓醃漬放置約半小時(去其澀味並軟化),再用冷開水洗淨
2.蒜頭、辣椒分別切末
3.將(b)料和所有材料拌勻,至入冰箱約半小時以上即可食用
