[問題] 七日內不良品換新規則
最近去中華電信買新手機 買回來有問題 也給神腦開過不良品判定單了
到第二天店家拿出新手機發現新機有小傷痕,於是又退了貨
(讓人懷疑神腦給客人換的是不是都是新品維修品)
我想請教的是,中華電信的七日換新我認為有個地方不是很妥善,
就是七日的定義,他規定這七日是以第一支發票日期算起,
這讓我覺得非常不合理,因為客人要是後面幾天才發現問題,
店家調貨又要拖一兩天,這樣下來要是第八天店家才通知客人來換貨,
發現東西七日內又有不良,這樣不就要消費者接受維修品了??
感覺這樣消費者花新品的價錢買維修品一樣,所以我認為不是很合理。
正常換新品應該是舊品退貨,把發票退了,重新開立發票,七日重算才合理。
但是中華電信非常堅持不能重開發票,讓我很不能接受,
店家還說中華電信的七日換新不適用一般消基會的規定,公司規定就是這樣。
請問這樣是不是代表權益受損了?
