[問題] 高頻電路雜訊處理
版上的大家,大家好~~
我非本科系出身,論文題目是用silicon drift detector來偵測材料的特徵x光,
測試時是利用鐵55射源激發矽晶片中的電子電洞對,
然後產生電流脈衝經由放大器放大再送到多通道分析器作分析
只是目前晶片做出來了但是在測試的時候背景雜訊太大所以沒看到peak
由於x光頻率在300PHz~30EHZ,頻率蠻高的,
想請問要怎麼設計這頻段的帶通濾波器來把雜訊濾掉???
還是是要算出激發出的電流的頻率範圍作帶通濾波呢??
要處理像x-ray高頻率的電路在設計上有甚麼需要注意的呢
