[問題] 請問Random coding theorem證明中的一句
最近在看消息理論中的Random coding theorem
證明中 "Error probability Analysis" 的部分
出現一句話
the average probability of error averaged over all codes does not depend on
the particular index that was sent.
想請問為什麼average over all codes之後
錯誤率就不depend on我們所傳送的message呢?
不曉得這兩者有什麼關係?
