Oxana Yablonskaya
Oxana Yablonskaya 是許多知名國際大賽獎項得主，
諸如 Marguerite Long-Jacques Thibaud Competition
Rio de Janeiro Competition
Vienna Beethoven Competition
自從 1977 年於美國林肯中心 Alice Tully Hall 首次登台，
以及接下來的 Carnegie Hall 演奏會中散發耀眼的鋒芒，
Oxana Yablonskaya 迅速擠身知名鋼琴家之列。
1990 年她回到前蘇聯，
於 St. Petersburg Conservatory of Music 任教並舉行演奏會，
同年秋天與其子--大提琴家 Dmitry Yablonsky
於 Carnegie Hall 以二重奏的形式首度登台，
The New York Times 評論其首演：
"a vibrant dialogue."
Yablonskaya 亦於紐約市的 The Juilliard School 擔任教授一職。
Yablonskaya 的演奏以強勁的力道、敏銳而纖細的情感表現著稱，
曾被讚譽為 “best kept secret in the Soviet Union."
其所錄製 Liszt 改編 Schubert 的鋼琴曲
受到 The International Liszt Society 的肯定，
並獲得 Grand Prix du Disque 的殊榮。
1995 年 The American Record Guide 曾對其錄製的 Tchaikovsky 唱片做出評論：
"Oxana Yablonskaya is an artist
who deserves to be heard often and in any repertory she chooses.”
Los Angeles Times 描述其「展覽會之畫」的演出：
"An orchestra is superfluous for ‘Pictures at an Exhibition’
when there is a pianist of Yablonskaya’s power to paint them
in such indelible colors.
A thoroughly excited audience lingered for four encores.”
對於她與 Rostropovich 所帶領的 National Symphony 合作演出，
加拿大 Toronto Star 曾經評論道：
"She played the Rachmaninoff Third as if it had been written for her."
The Washington Post 推崇道：
"Yablonskaya is too thoughtful an artist for pat interpretations.
Her standard to an average reading was like a painting to a mere picture.”
