[心得] 膝蓋出問題....超悶
從以前開始 只要騎乘距離超過60KM
膝蓋外側就有很大機率性抽痛 (7-8成吧)
從爬文、看醫學報導、看骨科、看物理治療科的結果來看
一直認為是ITB 髂脛束症候群
所以也聽從醫師指示每天乖乖拉筋 以為這樣就會好 但也沒好過
直到上禮拜參加完拜訪日月潭 (這次50KM開始發作,有撐完)
去看一間同事介紹的診所
醫生看了超音波 判定是半月軟骨(外側)裂開 不是他X的ITB
不過我還寧願是ITB
醫生說明半月軟骨幾乎無自癒性 就是休息再久也不會自己好
一般就
1.手術
2.打PRP
3.強化周邊肌群,然後放棄靠腳的運動
下禮拜已請假想去大醫院做半月軟骨的檢查
這幾天都超悶 唉
