[問題] 核心肌群運用
同學說我騎車後輪會微飄,就是有點晃,可
是我自己是沒啥感覺,他說騎車時
核心肌群要用力,就是要用腹肌的力量,我
是有在健身房重量訓練下半身,有人知道
騎乘時該怎麼使用核心肌群嗎?
*備註:關於之前說我上坡海放propel一事是我自己太自誇也失言了,還請大家諒解。
