[詢問] 請問環島前的體能訓練
小弟預計二至三個月後去單車環島(已爬文)
路線上較讓我擔心的是北宜跟南迴的爬坡
因為環島所用的單車是要跟我哥借
所以行前能用單車訓練體力的機會不多
單車訓練會以屁屁的耐壓性為原則(為了不開花)
行前如果以跑步來訓練體能~不知可不可行
個人目前一周跑三到四次5000m約22分鐘跑完
