[討論] CBA深蹲與握推體能測驗
CBA進行的握推與深蹲測驗並沒有說非常嚴苛
肌肉沙灘版的眾巨巨要達標絕對不是問題XDD
100秒內看你深蹲100KG幾下以及握推80KG幾下
深蹲的部分看起來是籃球員常見的1/4蹲
雖然比較不累
但在100秒內要快速做十幾二十下還是不容易
考驗的是運動員的爆發力還有肌耐力
握推80KG並不難
但一樣要在短時間內舉很多下也不是簡單的事情
林志傑在這兩項輕鬆過關
可見他在重量訓練這部分真的進步非常多
劉錚倒是有點慘
尤其在握推的部分連槓都拿不太穩
算一下好像只有做8下
可見台灣球員跟中國球員的對抗性真的有不小的差距
劉錚在台灣防守算優異
但是這對抗性的差距可能讓他在CBA無法展現他防守的優勢
但還是繼續幫他們加油!!!

我自己是認為
臥推用到胸肌跟三頭
胸肌是大肌群
如果要訓練對抗性
胸、背、腿這三個肌群一定要強壯
三頭則是關係著出手
出手的力量跟穩定性都跟三頭最相關
