[訓練] 在不超過練球負荷下增強自己
大家好,小弟最近練系籃,
每週三次,
菜單有防守步快慢很多組,跑步兩公里,折返跑,馬克操的抬大腿踢屁股,全場攻防等
我幾乎都是跑最慢的,
也發現體能菜單練完我已不能正常蹲低防守,不能正常切入跳投,
超級沒力!
想要再加強自己的體能
可是每次練完都感覺肌肉非常酸痛疲勞,
甚至有時練到抽筋,
感覺是我肌力非常不足,
想請問有無較為科學的練法,
能提升我的體能,又不影響隔日練球,
我有試著多打三三,但若練球的前一天有打球那當天練球超慘…
小腿大腿膝蓋的肌肉都超酸…
這問題著實困擾著我…
很不想被嘲笑但每次只能跑最後一個…

小弟試著跟學長說說看菜單調配,
而我發現心肺或是慢跑來說我都能撐下去,
最難克服在於劇烈性訓練後腿部肌肉的酸痛感,
我嘗試跑間歇性看看,
若是有其他變強,訓練等方法請不吝教導,謝謝
