[傷害] 如何避免膝蓋受傷(十字韌帶)
打籃球中的傷害,大概就屬前十字韌帶斷裂最可怕,復健也是漫漫長路。
我想請問常常打籃球的人,要如何避免與盡量去預防這樣的受傷呢?
又怎樣的人或運動方式是受此傷害的高危險群呢?
畢竟預防勝於治療。
