[傷害] 練完球後大腿內側酸痛
這禮拜二我「第一次」參加系籃練球的活動,內容有跑籃、螃蟹步、蹬腿跑、交叉步等等,
最累又讓大腿最酸的應該是螃蟹步,做完大腿內側真的酸到不行。
訓練前的熱身,跟訓練後的收身操應該都有做足,
可是禮拜三起床時,大腿內側真的是很酸!
我聽說慢跑可以加速代謝乳酸,所以就去慢跑了約20分鐘,慢跑前後也有做伸展,
但好像沒什麼改善...再加上那天有爬了一點樓梯,
隔天禮拜四(也就是今天),我的大腿內側快燃燒啦~~!
從上鋪爬樓梯下來時...每踩一步就覺得有一根針在刺我的大腿!
稍微走幾步也是很痛,整個只能外八,
可是今天系籃又有練習了...怎麼辦??
我想買個酸痛藥膏、貼布或肌樂來擦,不知道有沒有用?
請問有沒有人知道我的問題何在,以及快速消除酸痛(下午以前)的方法?
