[其他] 各位覺得游泳對於籃球的幫助有多大??
各位版上的大大們好
版上看到很多人分享訓練的種類
有重訓類別和其他等等的訓練
那想請問有沒有人是利用游泳來增進部分肌肉的
又或者是利用游泳來增強自己平常打球不足的地方
游泳感覺很輕鬆(相較於重訓而言)
想問問看如果長期游泳的話
對於籃球運動精進的幫助有多大,又有哪些呢
我指的是體能方面跟肌力方面
當然我知道命中率跟一些基本動作還是要上場去練才實在
想請各位大大分享自己的見解 :D
