[問題] 不確定用哪種酵母粉
1.問題敘述/食譜配方:
各位版友好,
因為想要做漢堡麵包,所以買了一本漢堡聖經...
他裡面的食譜是記載:6小麵包量
500g麵粉(我個人推估是高筋)
25g麵包酵母粉
300ml溫水
35g室溫奶油
10g鹽
做法則是上面材料用食物攪拌機混合,低速攪麵5分鐘,稍高速8-10分,靜置30分。
分6份,上蛋液撒芝麻,室溫放45分
烤箱預熱210,放小杯水烤15分
因為我沒有做麵包的經驗,
所以不太確定要買哪種酵母粉,
我自己比對其他人的食譜,若是使用速發酵母的,幾乎酵母用量都遠少於這個食譜,而且
還會添加糖。
這樣子的話,可以確定是買乾酵母來加嗎?
這食譜步驟很少,反而讓我很擔心失敗...
