[問題] 烤箱溫度設定
雖然會烤些小東西試驗,但還是個超級新手,因此要請教各位前輩
關於烤箱溫度設定要怎麼去調整比較好?像是烤蛋糕類較適合幾度~幾度,麵包又是幾度之類的
之前好像有看過烤箱溫度範圍170以下算低溫、170~190中,而190以上算高溫,這樣的說法正確嗎?
還有前輩們在調配配方時一定會依據烘焙百分比嗎?
爬了文看了有關烤箱的發文都是關於烤箱選擇和溫度計之類的比較多,若是有但我漏看了還請前輩們提醒指點
