[問題] 餅乾麵糰請益已刪文
最近在嘗試做蔓越莓餅乾,這個食譜的麵糰要先整形之後拿去冰箱冰過再拿出來烘烤
但是我完全按照配方去做的麵糰卻太過濕黏,弄得我手上黏了一堆麵糰....

想請問能不能不冷藏直接進行烘焙?或是這個配方出了什麼問題
而也想要請問大家下圖這個檸檬餅乾食譜的材料比例會不會導致麵糰太過濕軟難以塑型呢
?
