[問題] 在門市中麵包出爐後是否要包裝?
請問,在門市中麵包出爐後
1. 不需包裝
購買時才包裝?
2. 需要包裝
放至室溫再包? 剛出爐就包?
以下是朋友的答覆:
A店的A: 一般出爐後都不會包裝,直到快打烊才包
B店的B1: 放涼就包,麵包才不會乾掉
B店的B2: 包起來很醜,像菜市場、夜市在賣的
(B1的職位比B2大)
請問一般會選哪一種,又是什麼考量呢?謝謝
