最近參考小綠豆的布朗尼食譜(https://goo.gl/shRWiL)試做一次,
但烤完吃起來只有甜味,沒有巧克力苦的味道出來,不知道是哪裡
需要調整?
食譜:司普密71% 巧克力 100g
無鹽奶油 80g
低筋麵粉 60g
蛋 2顆
砂糖 100g
鹽巴 1/4小匙
牛奶 1大匙
再麻煩幫我指點迷津,謝謝~

另外前幾天有將原食譜的低筋麵粉改為40克、可可粉加20克,烤出來真的就有出現巧克力
