[問題] 免揉歐式麵包如何做出軟皮?
說來有點好笑
一開始研究免揉歐式麵包希望有脆皮
可是吃久了覺得牙齦很痛 而且放過夜就變成硬皮
後來也不蓋鍋蓋 烤箱也不放水
但是這種長時間烘烤高水分的歐包
還是會有脆皮阿!!!!!
想請問各位大大
有什麼方法可以製造出軟皮呢? (歐包)
