[問題] 加烈酒的甜點食用上有什麼注意事項嗎?
有一個疑問想請問一下,
發覺不少甜點其實是會用到烈酒,而且有時是沒烤過的,
像是橙香磅蛋糕,最後淋的醬有的食譜會加上橙酒,
因為是沒烤過的,酒精含量應該會殘留比較多吧?
如果說讓小朋友吃不曉得合不合適?
像大人吃了不曉得酒精濃度會不會過量而要避免開車?
還是說這種量應該沒那麼高所以沒差?
