[問題] 烤司康有怪味...
不知為何我的司康烤完
有個很像鹼粽的苦味...
不知道這苦味從哪來的
是泡打粉嗎?
我用的是無鋁泡打粉
之前用在磅蛋糕裡沒什麼問題
可是只要烤了司康,怪味就很明顯
本來期待司康應該有的麵粉香氣完全沒有
另外想指教
到底司康是要用中筋 ?低筋?哪個好呢
這次用的食譜是中筋170g 低筋80g混合
烤起來口感很鬆軟,也不是我想要的口感
不夠紮實
該怎麼調整才好呢?謝謝
