[問題] 25% 鮮奶油做烘焙?
一般都用38%鮮奶油做甜點,
印象中也要35%以上的鮮奶油才能打發,
但最近看到四方25%的鮮奶油,
小小一罐還滿方便用量不大的人,
請問,烘焙中的鮮奶油,若沒有打發的需要,
用25%的鮮奶油取代,口感上會有很大的差異嗎?
或者濃稠度差太多之類的?
