[問題] 防潮糖粉
1.問題敘述/食譜配方:
最近做了草莓塔,塗了鏡面果膠(用吉利T做)後,灑糖粉一下就消失了!
看糖粉包裝的成分是糖跟樹薯澱粉,網路說用砂糖跟玉米澱粉就可以製作防潮糖粉,
那我買的糖粉不算防潮的對嗎?
不算的話它可以加玉米澱粉去打成防潮糖粉嗎?
還是一定要用砂糖跟玉米澱粉?或是一定要用買的呢?

順便問我查到的鏡面果膠是吉利T 5g、糖20g、水200g,這樣做出來的應該OK吧?
不想去買一大罐又用不完~~
