[問題] 抹茶粉最不容易結塊的方式?
看過三種方式:
1.和麵粉混合均勻
2.用溫水/牛奶調開
3.用熱水/牛奶慢慢加入抹茶粉,攪拌均勻
請問大家都用哪種方式呢,1. 3我都試過,但成品還是會有小小的結塊
不是非常明顯,但感覺就很不好>'''<
怎樣才能讓抹茶粉均勻溶解呢?
