[問題] 香蕉磅蛋糕組織怪異
我常常做磅蛋糕,都是用糖油法做原味,核桃,奶油蘋果等口味,都有成功,可是今天做
了香蕉口味,吃起來是濕軟的但看起來組織卻像粿,另外香蕉是冷凍退冰的了,謝謝
配方為下:
糖油法
蛋2個
麵粉100g
奶油100g
糖粉80g
香蕉+核桃打的泥100g
泡打粉1/4茶匙
