請問大家有用過赤藻糖醇取代一般正常的糖做土司嗎?
想說吃這種代糖熱量比較低~罐子上也寫適用烘培~
但是試了3次~用三多的赤藻糖醇做吐司都發不太起來耶
第一次發酵 根本只能長大一點點而已 沒辦法發到2倍大
回復用一般的糖做 就很成功 沒問題~
是否使用代糖這種糖 酵母不吃它??
還是配方比例要有所更改?
