[問題] 用P牌麵包機做的吐司邊都偏硬?
購入P牌105T做了幾次吐司,都有發成功,裡面鬆軟好吃,但皮都偏硬太有嚼勁,想請問可能是麵粉品牌問題?或這其實是正常的?
成份組合:
麵粉 250g (日清山茶花)
水 190ml (有時用鮮奶)
奶油 16g (依思妮無鹽)
鹽 小量匙*1/2
糖 大量匙*1
酵母菌 小量匙*1 (燕子牌低糖)
模式都選超軟吐司,烤色選淡,有時會加餡料(葡萄乾/蔓越莓/巧克力),都ㄧ樣的結果。
