[問題] 生乳酪蛋糕口感
近期看到生乳酪蛋糕,做法不複雜好上手,所以就來自己試做看看了。
因為是實驗品,成品的擺設比較隨便,請見諒(有點丟臉@_@)
1.問題敘述/食譜配方:
~乳酪餡材料:
cream cheese(總統牌)250g
吉利丁片*6
鮮奶油150g
優格100g
糖9g
用以上比例做完後,生乳酪蛋糕的口感偏紮實且硬,反而沒有軟軟的綿密口感,而且家母覺得乳香味不夠QQ。不好意思,請問各位前輩會不會是因為吉利丁太多的緣故,一般來說,吉利丁的比例原則大約是多少才會比較好呢? 謝謝。
