[問題] 關於調理機
各位版友好
最近開始踏上做馬卡龍之路
不過每次在過篩杏仁粉時
總是剩很多過不去
但又不敢用湯匙太過壓它
怕出油
想請問大家過篩前是否都會使用調理機打碎
平常幾乎用不到調理機
所以想請問若只是要拿來打細馬卡龍的話
是否有推薦的牌子呢
