[問題] 自製蛋塔失敗
1.問題敘述/食譜配方:
藆皉野峓N凍起酥皮,以及自製(周老師的配方)兩種都試過,不過葡式蛋塔的邊緣怎麼都無法美觀QQ,想要像外面買的那樣,邊緣的外觀看起來就是一層一層的,有高手可以指點一下迷津嗎,謝謝
