[問題] 果醬的作法
今天拿到一份大飯店的果醬作法,因為是拿來配優格
所以不是加麵包的那種稠狀
但是他莓果類的一律都是重量*50%的糖+50%的水+10%利口酒+5%的檸檬汁
這樣比例看起來怪怪
不知有板友可以指點一下嗎,謝謝
