[問題] 吃完蛋糕的後味
自己做戚風蛋糕
材料也就蛋,日本低粉,上白糖,牛奶
幫助打發蛋白的檸檬汁或醋(約蛋白量2-3%)
吃一口,都正常,但吞下去後一陣子
會覺得有一種酸酸或澀澀的口感
請問這樣是正常的嗎?是檸檬汁的關係嗎?
