[問題] 戚風燙麵法失敗

貼上我的參考食譜~
做了兩次使用燙麵法的戚風蛋糕,
不知道為什麼到最後蛋黃糊都不會是微微的液態而是直接呈現團狀?
是因為水分不夠嗎?
麻煩有經驗的大師們解惑,謝謝 QQ
