[問題] 烘焙有可能再有新發明的產品嗎?
現在烘焙界的各種產品糕餅已經琳瑯滿目
現在各種種類戚風蛋糕、餅乾、派、酥餅、天使蛋糕、各式瑞士捲..等等不同變化
現在還有可能再出現甚麼新的烘焙的新發明產品或作法嗎??
我的意思是說就是創新發明出某個過去從沒人做的作法或商品這樣
還是說烘焙也已經走到很成熟的階段了,不可能再有更多的突破了
就是頂多在這些蛋糕作法的基礎上,只能在口味或餡料上做點變化這樣而已
