[問題] 市售平價麵包蛋糕的用料?
自己嘗試烘焙後,
才發覺動物性的奶油、鮮奶油之類的原料其實價格都不便宜,
弄麵包時奶油常常會派上用場,
像墨西哥麵包,裡面的奶酥,麵包體,外層墨西哥糊,
每樣都要奶油…
最近買市售的無鹽奶油,100克小包就50幾元…大包裝的均價有比較低…
好像100克可以到30元以內(不曉得有沒有看錯…)
市售的平價麵包不曉得原料都是用什麼居多?
不會都是用植物性奶油(氫化植物油)取代吧?
還是說他們量大可以用更便宜的價格取得原料?
如果都真材實料算一算成本好像沒有很低,
若賣那麼便宜要賺的空間好像很有限…沒什麼賺頭…
就像市售平價冰淇淋大多也是用植物油取代鮮奶油製成,才比較有賺頭…
有多少人是覺得市售的不健康,才開始自製的呀?
