中秋節快到了,去材料行買了兩包紅豆餡回家要做蛋黃酥
但是打開卻發現紅豆餡超級軟,無法成型,會一直沾手
更別說要揉成球狀包入餅皮中了...
請問各位板友,紅豆餡太軟有方法解決嗎?
