[蛋糕] 起司蛋糕塌陷得很嚴重

170度用上下火或旋風的烤了30~40分(看上色)
都會膨得很高
冷卻之後就會塌得很嚴重像照片那樣
模具用不沾的磅蛋糕模 有擦烤盤油
有什麼辦法能避免嗎
