[問題] 請問披薩餅皮的保存方式?
最近在練習烤披薩,不,應該說在練習做披薩餅皮
500G的粉,就可以做出三四張的餅皮
可是又一下吃不了那麼多
想請問各位,這餅皮是要烤了再放冷凍保存?
還是不要烤,發酵完就直接放入冷藏保存?
