1.洽發
2.水手牌
3.日清麵粉 低筋麵粉 (燒果子專用粉)
請問大家推薦哪種麵粉製作餅乾呢?
最通用的是水手牌吧,很多店面都有賣好取得
版上也有人推薦用洽發
日清比較少人使用嗎?
我在某個網站詢問,他是指日清這個麵粉適合製作餅乾
但是價格又偏貴QQ
請問選擇哪一種製作餅乾口感會比較好呢?
