[問題] 烤布蕾表面好多洞洞
請問我的烤布蕾為什麼表面會像照片這樣一個一個有泡泡的樣子呢?
進烤箱之前有先把表面的泡泡撈起來了,剛開始烤都還好,過20分鐘後就變這樣了:(
請問要怎麼做才會讓表面比較平滑呢?
