[問題] 如何寄送磅蛋糕?
想請教各位,如果要寄送磅蛋糕的話,
應該選擇常溫宅配還是低溫宅配?
因為是做檸檬糖霜口味的(糖霜只有糖粉、水、檸檬皮,無蛋白),
一方面擔心常溫宅配太熱,又擔心低溫宅配進出的溫差會反潮,
有點苦惱.....
又,如果只是一般的磅蛋糕,是否就能直接常溫了呢?
