[問題] 國外食譜油酥麵團
朋友送我兩本英文食譜
我試著做食譜裡的油酥麵團
兩本的配方奶油含量都很高

這兩本食譜的做法都是將奶油跟糖攪拌到濃稠麵糊狀
加雞蛋再加麵粉拌勻
冷藏一晚

我連續做兩次都失敗
冷氣房室溫23度桿塔皮還是有點軟跟黏
放上派盤進烤箱完全攤成一片
想知道是哪裡有問題?
