[問題] 輕乳酪蛋糕好像失敗了?
參考carol大大的食譜
想做個輕乳酪蛋糕來當母親節蛋糕表現一下
但是烤出來蛋糕都很濕!濕黏的感覺就好像裡面沒烤熟。按壓會有水氣,不太會回彈。
是需要放涼以後冷藏之後才會正常嗎?還是確定已經失敗了啊?
對照食譜因為我的模有比較大,所以把分量調高1/4
有人能幫忙解惑嗎?
