[問題] 我的曲奇餅乾不硬..
我今天第一次做曲奇餅乾,但是烤起來都不硬= = 餅乾裏頭偏濕
配方:
無鹽奶油115g、鹽1g、糖50g、蛋黃16g、低筋麵粉120g、可可粉15g
(取自jane歡樂廚房 http://blog.xuite.net/cjs068/mykitchen/399887257 )
但是烘烤起來好久..然後餅乾不太硬= =
150度烘了50分鐘 而且我擠花很薄,沒有原著部落格這麼厚...
但是餅乾裡面還是微濕,外面有乾,但是拿起來的感覺偏軟
不知道哪邊有問題,請幫我解惑qq
新買的烤箱(國際牌h3200)跟溫度計我不知道要相信哪個= =
我開上下火轉150度30分鐘過去了,溫度計還是100度(放在烤箱底部)...

我出爐後,放了3個多小時,還是偏軟
不過剛剛吃,的確就像是您說的口感了!有比較乾,偏鬆散
我喜歡吃硬脆的餅乾,請問有推薦的嗎?
