[問題] 做麵包的烤箱跟烤雞烤箱要分開嗎?
我最近購入一台Dr. Goods的烤箱,真的很好用,但是我在購買前,我有問賣烤
箱的人,關於我做烘焙的烤箱適不適合做烤雞,他說不建議,因為肉類味道較重,會殘留
在烤箱裡,這樣再烤麵包或餅乾就會留有肉味。
因為我之後要研究一些烤雞的菜單,所以是不是要在購買一台專門做烤雞的烤
箱?希望大家給我一些建議~~~~謝謝大家
